Entry with skate rental is $12, 8 yrs old & under $9, if you bring your own skates it is $3 off. Discount Admission Passes are sold which includes 10 entries – with skate rental is $85 and without skate rental is $55 (available for purchase on-line
or on-site). The Discount Admission Pass applies to skaters of all ages. All paid admissions receive a wrist band. A wrist band will allow you re-entry to skate for the day of purchase. No refunds or exchanges allowed
. Skaters leaving the venue temporarily should leave skates at rental counter.

. You may take Sound Transit 550 directly to Bellevue Library/Ashwood Park. The rink is located next to Bellevue Library off NE 12th St., between 108th Ave. NE & 110th Ave. NE. Complimentary parking is available at the Bellevue Library parking structure (4-hour parking limit in library parking structure, 3-hour limit in Ashwood Park surface lot). Overflow parking is available at the 929 Office Tower, 929 108th Ave NE
(two hour validation ticket at the rink check-in counter). Overflow parking also available at the Griffon Parking Lot, located just West of the Bravern on NE 8th Street (two hour parking available at pay boxes on site, enter stall number into paybox, select "Ice Arena" option & place printed ticket on dashboard of vehicle).
What does "skate at your own risk" mean?
By purchasing an admission ticket, you are aware that ice skating involves certain inherent risks which may cause serious injury. You freely volunteer to participate, and accept all known and unknown risks while in the ice rink facility. Further, you release the ice rink, its sponsors, its operators, and its equipment suppliers against any claims and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense you may incur. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
Do I have to pay if I’m not ice skating?
No, those not skating and accompanying a skater do not need to pay to enter the venue.
What if I have large group, do we get a discount?
Large groups are welcome to purchase Discount Admission Passes
. If you have a group of 30, you would purchase three of the discount passes good for 10 entries. One Discount Admission Pass for 10 entries is $85 (includes skate rentals - $55 for pass of 10 without skate rentals).
Do you have a group rate for a group of 7~10 people? 25 people?
The only group rate we provide is the discount pass
for 10 admissions at once, which is $85 including skate rentals and $55 without skate rentals. If you are a group of 25 and doesn’t reach the ten units, you would either have to purchase the discount pass for 30 and use the remaining 5 entries on another day, or purchase the discount pass for 20 and pay for the regular admission for the other 5 visitors.
Do you take reservations for groups visiting the rink?
No. Groups visiting the rink during public hours do not need to make reservations, nor do we accept reservations during public hours. If you would like to purchase the discount pass for your group in advance, you are able to purchase them online on our website here
. Otherwise, you may visit and purchase them on-site.
What are the public hours of operation?

When are the busiest / less crowded time / days to visit the rink?
Saturday is the busiest day of the week with Friday evenings busy as well. To avoid large crowds, we recommend you visit as close to the opening time as possible. The 6 - 9 p.m. time slot is the busiest part of the day.
Are there skate guides or walkers for kids? Can I walk alongside on the ice?
The venue has a limited amount of skate guides available for those learning how to skate. First come, first serve - no reserving of skate guides. No walking in regular footwear alongside allowed.
Do you have a lost & found? Do you have lockers?
For lost & found, you must visit us during public hours to see if your lost item is on-site. No phone calls, please. We do have lockers and locks available for purchase ($3) on-site. Open storage receptacles are available to store items. It is your responsibility to look after your personal belongings.
Is the venue outdoor / indoor? Is it cold inside? Will the rink be affected by the weather (rain / snow / wind) anyhow?
The rink is a partially open-air venue inside a tent. A tent covers the rink surface for rain/snow, but we recommend you to dress warm since it is open-air.
Can I rent out the venue for a private party? What about a birthday party during public hours?

Do you have concessions on-site? Can we bring our own food /drinks / water?
We have a concession stand that offers many options including pizza, popcorn, chips, candy, hot cup of noodles, soda, water, various juices, energy drinks, hot cocoa, tea, coffee and cookies. No outside food or beverages allowed on the premises (specialty items like birthday cakes are allowed). See full concessions menu and prices here
Are there restrooms inside / near the rink?
There are no restrooms inside the ice rink. Luxury restroom trailers are available in the surface parking lot adjacent to the rink and in the Bellevue Library during library public hours. Skates must be removed when leaving the facility.

Do you have / sell mittens or socks? Where can I buy skates?
Yes, we sell mittens and socks at the concession stand for $3 each. We don’t sell skates, but skates are available for purchase at local ice arenas in the area such as Sno-King Ice Arena in Renton (425-254-8750), Highland Ice Arena in Shoreline (206-546-2431), Olympic View Arena in Mountlake Terrace (425-672-9012) and Play it Again Sports in Lynnwood (425-670-1184).
How big is the rink?
The rink is approximately 7,250 square feet, 58 feet wide by 125 feet long.
How long will the Ice Arena be open? Where can I skate after it is closed?
The rink will be open November 25, 2016 - January 8, 2017. The Magic Season Ice Arena presented by Alaska Airlines Visa Signature®
card is a temporary/seasonal venue that re-opens every year for the holiday season from late November to mid-January. Visit local ice arenas such as Sno-King Ice Arena in Renton (425-254-8750) and Sno-King Ice Arena in Kirkland (425-821-7133) throughout the year.
