Fitness Forward Studio: ZONING Fat Blaster System Coming to Bellevue

The new program called “ZONING SYSTEMS” will begin this fall at Fitness Forward Studio to help clients train in various heart rate zones to improve fat loss, health and performance without over training or under training.


Fitness Forward Studio in Bellevue, WA will host a certification and educational course on November 15 on the “ZONING SYSTEMS” for the community and for fitness professionals. The fitness community and public are invited to experience the program in two educational events taking place at the Fitness Forward Studio located at 118 105th Avenue NE in Bellevue, Washington.  


The first seminar is designed for individuals at all levels of fitness and health. The second session is advanced training designed for fitness coaches, elite athletes, trainers, cyclists, and rehabilitation specialists.  This session will immediately follow the introduction seminar.


The wearable heart rate monitor provides participants with immediate feedback. It tells you when you are in the right zones to maximize the benefits from weight loss to fitness gains that you get from moving, says Sally Edwards.  Edwards is the founder and creator of the new “ZONING Fitness in a Blink” program, a member of the Triathlon Hall of Fame and an exercise scientist. Edwards, considered one if not Americas leading experts on training with heart rate monitors, will be leading the seminar on November 15th, bringing her contagious energy and experience to share with participants.


ZONING is the training program designed to help those doing the program become better fat burners.  ZONING is based on three heart zones - the easy Blue zone, the moderate Yellow zone, and the hard Red zone. Even though fat is burned in all the heart zones, the golden Yellow zone burns the most calories and the most fat because it is sustainable without the discomfort of the Red zone. Edwards will dismiss the myth of the target zoneshowing the science behind the power of exercise in all 3-zones to get the maximum fitness benefit.


Participants in the Heart Zones Foundation Seminar and Workshop will receive a new The Blink heart rate monitor, with its popular blinking light the color of the effort zone providing immediate feedback that the participant is in the right zone. Participants will also receive the 30-page Heart Zones Booklet, a personal fitness tests to determine their correct cardio-zones, workout cards, and other training information. The fee for this four-hour course is $129. 


Immediately following, there is an additional 4 hour course for those who seek advanced training which includes a certification in Heart Zones Training Level 1. This course will add to the wearable technology the new Heart Zones System for individuals and groups. This course introduces the group display of heart rate, indoor cycling, and activity tracking technology that motivates and engages participant by providing group biofeedback of their efforts continuously.
