Bellevue Downtown Arts Market Returns in Person for Labor Day Weekend

More than 110 artists will participate in this year's event,
previously known as Bellevue's 6th Street Arts Fair

For the 31st year, the Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA) is proud to present the Bellevue Downtown Arts Market, an open-air showcase of over 110 juried sculpture, jewelry, home décor, wood and glass work, fabrics, and other local artwork.

Previously known as the 6th Street Arts Fair, the Bellevue Downtown Arts Market will take place over Labor Day weekend, Sept. 4-6, in Downtown Bellevue between NE 6th Street and 106th Avenue NE. In past years, the event took place in July as part of the award-winning Arts Fair Weekend alongside the Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) ARTSfair.

Rather than produce a virtual marketplace, the BDA staff determined that moving the event to a later date was the best option to preserve an in-person experience and accommodate artist and public safety.

“We’re thrilled to bring back another in-person event this summer,” Patrick Bannon, BDA President, said. “The Bellevue Downtown Arts Market is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate local art, live music, and unique food; definitely an event you won’t want to miss.”

Live music returns to the Arts Market weekend, supported by Amazon. It will range from music around the world, including folk, blues, and flamenco guitar. Food trucks will also be on-site.

Event information, including an artist directory, is available here. For day-of event updates, follow the Bellevue Downtown Association on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
