ORCA - One Regional Card for All -is the transit fare payment system for the Puget Sound region giving riders access to 7 regional transit agencies - Community Transit, Everett Transit, King County Metro, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit and the Washington State Ferries. It offers commuters a variety of ways to pay for their transit fare within a single card.

Reloading your ORCA card is easy at these locations:
Obtain and load/reload your ORCA card with a Regional Transit Pass, Agency Transit Pass or E-purse (electronic purse; acts as cash) at the ticket vending machine located at the Bellevue Transit Center and at the Eastgate Park and Ride. Several ticket vending machines are also located in the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel and along Sound Transit's Central Link Light Rail route.
In Bellevue, ORCA cards may also be loaded and reloaded at the downtown Safeway store (300 Bellevue Way) from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. daily and the downtown QFC store (10116 NE 8th Street) from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. daily. Note: New ORCA cards may not be obtained at these locations.
Most forms of payment accepted. Your pass or E-purse will be processed and available for immediate use. Retail outlets can only load value to current ORCA cards and do not issue new cards.
