Following the swift changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, internet access became increasingly critical for the delivery of both education and health care. The Digital Equity Forum event will explore remote learning and telehealth trends that were instrumental in continuing these services to society. Forum panelists will discuss the digital shift, shine a light on advances and gaps, and identify the lessons that must be applied going forward. The panel will also focus on the future of telecommunications and the role of local government to advance policies to facilitate internet for all.
