Apply online, once this is completed you will get a Zipcard to access vehicles. Next, book a Zipcar for a designated time between 1 hour and 7 days. Then, hold your Zipcard to the car's windshield to unlock. Finally, drive the car and park it in its reserved spot when you are done, using the Zipcard to lock up.
