Warm weather brings a unique craving of delicious ice-cold desserts. If you're looking for something to keep you cool this summer, here are seven dessert spots to visit in Downtown Bellevue.

They create their ice cream using the freshest ingredients they can through partnering with local farmers and producers. Their daily menu includes fifteen flavors with four seasonal options that are currently churro, strawberry shortcake, watermelon sorbet, and vegan brownie batter.

They are dedicated to serving delicious summer treats like ice cold coffee, pastries and their most popular item - bingsus. Bingsu is made with shaved ice with fresh fruits and a variety of toppings. Their flavors include mango, matcha, strawberry, black sesame, chocolate, and matcha strawberry.
