Support our Member Non-Profits
COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted our member non-profits: canceling fundraising events, changing daily operations and beyond. Use this page to see how you can support these community organizations.

Bellevue Arts Museum

  • Museum staff are working remotely to ensure that BAM can continue to fulfill its mission of providing a public forum for the community to contemplate, appreciate, and discuss visual culture. Art can offer a sense of relief and sanctuary in difficult times, and for that reason the Museum is offering ways for everyone to experience the world of art, craft, and  design from home during this period of social distancing. Virtual tours and fun craft tutorials are available on BAM's FacebookInstagramTwitter, and YouTube pages. Bellevue Arts Museum relies on the generous support of individuals like you. You can lend financial support to Bellevue Arts Museum by donating now.

Bellevue LifeSpring

Eastside Baby Corner

  • The number of families who need basics to care for their children will be increasing as time goes by. Thousands of people, many of whom live paycheck to paycheck, are already losing their jobs or experiencing reduced hours in response to social distancing measures. See the EBC website for ideas on how to help provide baby essentials free of charge to those in need.

Eastside Legal Assistance Program

  • ELAP is seeing unprecedented numbers of calls for assistance in housing, domestic violence, and other civil legal needs exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic.  ELAP has opened its phone lines to all of King County and is recruiting attorneys who can volunteer to handle phone appointments with our clients.  Our services include legal counseling, emergency legal orders, and housing assistance.  Consider supporting this vital service by volunteering your time or making a contribution.

Hopelink

  • In response to the arrival of COVID-19 in our community, pre-packed boxes of food will be available for individuals in need. Each household will be able to pick up enough food for 21 meals per person (or two weeks worth of food). Consider donating to support individuals and families in need during this crisis.
