The Downtown Equation

What makes a downtown thrive? Every downtown has its own distinct formula of industries, employers, residents, public spaces, architecture, and amenities that shape its identity and economic vitality. Yet across the Puget Sound region, our urban centers face many of the same challenges and opportunities reshaping how people live, work, and experience downtown.

Join us for the December BDA Breakfast, featuring a regional conversation with downtown association leaders from Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, and Tacoma. Together, they'll explore emerging trends, share lessons learned, and discuss strategies for building vibrant, resilient downtowns.
