For nearly 30 years, Delfino’s Chicago Style Pizza has served as an ambassador to the Northwest, serving up authentic Chicago Style Pizza as only a true Chicago native can do.
It all starts with our proprietary recipes that were perfected in Chicago nearly 75 years ago. They make their dough and sauces daily that turn out our pizza’s traditional buttery, flakey crust and tangy tomato sauces. We then add only the freshest of ingredients and cook the 2” deep masterpieces in our 1947 Faulds oven that we shipped here from Chicago back in 1993. Every pizza is served piping hot and carries with it my personal guarantee.
