On behalf of Theatre33, we are pleased to invite you to attend the 2026 Bellevue International Theatre Festival (BITFest), taking place April 3–5, 2026 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA.
Following a successful inaugural year, BITFest returns as a vibrant, multilingual celebration of community theatre, bringing together companies from across the region and beyond. The festival offers a dynamic program of performances, cultural exchange, and opportunities to engage with artists shaping today’s theatre landscape.
2026 Festival Lineup:
Constellations by Nick Payne – Theatre33, Bellevue WA (award-winning production that will be traveling to Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland in August 2026)
The Case of the Crushed Petunias by Tennessee Williams– Resonance Studio Theatre, Redmond WA
Pillows by Olzhas Zhanaidarov – Fool House Art Collective, Beaverton, OR (presented in Russian with English audio subtitles)
Is; Land by Henry Dwan – Hawberry Productions, Shoreline, WA (world premiere, presented in Mandarin without subtitles)
A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur by Tennessee Williams – Scarlet Sails Cultural Foundation, Portland, OR (presented in Russian with English subtitles)
The Secret of the Chest by Iryna Yuvkhimenko – SOVA Theatre Studio, Chicago IL. (Physical theatre)
My Grandfather was a Cherry Tree by Angela Nanetti – Stray Dog from San Pedro, Lake Forest, CA (presented in Russian with English subtitles)
