Celebrate with us at the 11th Annual Bellevue Jazz & Blues Festival!

The Bellevue Jazz & Blues Festival celebrates community and the creative power of music. The festival hosts over 40 live shows at various venues across the city. ​We invite the community to explore and share their passion for live jazz and blues at the Eastside's premier showcase for top national and regional artists.

ABOUT KARIN KAJITA: 

Karin is a gifted jazz and classical pianist who has made her home in the Northwest for most of her life. She graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in music, piano performance and music education. She studied piano with Professor Neil O’Doan at the UW, jazz and jazz arranging with Bill Smith, and jazz piano with Jerry Gray. Karin is the recipient of two Milnor Roberts scholarships, two Bainbridge Music and Art scholarships, and an Artist Support Grant from Jack Straw Productions.
