Introduction to Mushroom Cultivation
In this class, we explore the basic roles mushrooms play in forest ecology and how those roles can benefit our gardens and our bodies. Each participant will not only have the opportunity to create an Oyster Spawn Mat in class, that can be used to inoculate more substrate later at home, but will also receive a ready-to-fruit mushroom kit to take home.
Limited to 15 participants.
