Deems started playing piano 60 years ago and has been performing professionally for 5 decades throughout N America, Europe, and the Far East.
International Examiner Best Local Musician Reader’s Choice Awards 2011 & 2012, KBEM FM album of the Year for The Planet Deems CD, Jazz Educators Journal Top Ten Albums of the Year, Washington State Music Teachers Award for solo piano.
