Diwali: Diya Clay Workshop
Join KidsQuest Museum for an informative, interactive, and fun celebration of Diwali in partnership with Hindi Time Kids. Diwali is a festival of lights and a major holiday celebrated by South Asians all around the world. During this workshop, children will learn about this holiday through stories, exploration of sweet treats, and the creation of their own clay lamp (Diya) to be fired in the KidsQuest kiln. Families will come away with an enriched appreciation of this cultural celebration and a custom clay lamp (Diya) to enjoy in their homes.
