The Out of the Darkness Walk, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, brings our community together to support mental health and suicide prevention.

Join us in Bellevue for the Eastside King County Walk — a non-competitive 1–3 mile walk designed for all ages and abilities.

The event includes an opening ceremony, honor beads to represent personal connections, and access to local resources focused on hope, healing, and support.

Whether you’re walking in memory of someone, supporting a loved one, or showing up for yourself, this is a space where you can feel connected and not alone.
