The Bellevue Chamber's second annual Eastside Real Estate Symposium brings together top investors, brokers, developers, and housing advocates with key insights into residential and commercial growth. Panelists from across the industry will examine issues including the lingering impacts of the pandemic, prevailing return to office strategies, and housing-to-job imbalance. This is a must-attend event for real estate professionals!

This year’s event features Jon Woloshin, the head of U.S. real estate for UBS Global Wealth Management's Chief Investment Office, for a nationwide look at housing supply and real estate trends.

We’ll also be joined by a local panel of housing and development experts to discuss plans and policies for affordable and workforce housing on the Eastside.
