Today, top colleges are looking for leaders and 71% of hiring managers value leadership skills over IQ in an employee. Despite this, leadership skills are rarely taught at the high school level. During this seminar, we will give an overview of what leadership is and discuss some of the life skills and habits that serve students both in the college admissions process and beyond.
