Bon Jour! Come experience the beauty of Brie as you learn to make this delectable cheese while sipping French wine.

Join Head Cheese, Kristi Slotemaker of River Valley Cheese and Sommolier, Shelly Fitzgeraldin this delicious event and take your taste buds on a journey, sipping and savoring three French wines paired with cheese. Then, roll up your sleeves as you become the cheese-maker learning every step of the Brie making process. The party continues when you get to take home a hunk o’Brie to eat at home.
