Buon Giorno! Learn to make the King of Cheese, Parmeasan, while you sip wines from around Italy

Join Head Cheese, Kristi Slotemaker of River Valley Cheese and Sommolier, Shelly Fitzgeraldin this delicious event and take your taste buds on a journey, sipping and savoring three Italian wines paired with cheese. Then, roll up your sleeves as you become the cheese-maker learning every step of the Parmesan making process. The party continues when you get to take home a hunk o’Parm to eat at home.
