Join the International Ballet Theatre for an annual tradition that comes to life just for the holidays. With vibrant costumes and brilliant sets, IBT’s Nutcracker celebrates their 19th season and has become an event for every family on the Eastside. Staged with traditional Russian choreography and paired with exotic Arabian dancers, as well as a fierce battle scene with soldiers and mice, let our cast dazzle you with a spectacle of the ages. Clara and her handsome prince await your arrival at our theatre, where they will take you on a journey beyond the snow-covered forest to the land of sweets.

The Nutcracker Ballet's huge cast of characters is appealing to audiences of all ages; IBT’s production features a cast of 80 talented young people, experienced professional dancers and visual performance artists.

Choreographed by Vera Altunina, IBT's interpretation of The Nutcracker Ballet is packed full of its original European flavor, exquisite hand-made costumes and the anticipated theatrical pageantry everyone should expect! Music by Tchaikovsky!
