The Bellevue Jazz & Blues Music Series welcomes Jose "Juicy" Gonzales Trio.
With strong roots in jazz, blues, and funk, pianist/singer Jose "Juicy" Gonzales delivers a rich and vibrant performance. He has drawn inspiration from the classic jazz of the 50's and 60's including Bill Evans, Miles Davis, Monk, and many more talented artists. He has made appearances in Germany, New York, California, Seattle, and Oregon, while also being featured on the radio with BBC Radio 2's The Swing & Big Band Show with Clare Teal. His trio is well-known for selling out one Seattle's biggest venues with their performance of Vince Guaraldi's "A Charlie Brown Christmas" live, with stories about how the special was made.
