Open to all BDA Members, the Land Use & Livability Committee is an advisory group to the BDA Board of Directors that convenes ever second Wednesday of the month from noon to 1:00pm. This group tracks issues regarding Bellevue's urban land use codes, development projects, and public infrastructure investments. Members gather to discuss issues, identify best courses of action, and find consensus on policy recommendations. Co-Chairs organize agendas and report to the Board.
