Over 40 years ago Mami Tran was a newly immigrated single mom of five adorable kids (just look at us!). Her determination, love, courage and incredible food fed and inspired each of us, and now we’re sharing it with you. We’re sisters Lizz Eng & Cindy Tran: owners and operators of Mami Tran, Seattle’s premier Vietnamese food truck. Inspired by the homemade recipes of our amazing Mom, the one and only Mami Tran, our food is bursting with exciting flavors, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and decades of love.
