Nate Jasensky is a guitarist, composer, producer, arranger, and music educator based in the Seattle area who relocated from Brooklyn, New York in 2024 after more than a decade working full time in music. A lifelong musician who began studying music at age three in Tucson, Arizona, Nate earned degrees in music composition and classical guitar performance from the University of Arizona and has since toured internationally, performed for crowds of more than 300,000 people, and contributed music to award-winning films. In addition to founding the Greenpoint Recording Collective in Brooklyn and releasing music under the pseudonym Faster Than Light, Nate now teaches students of all ages and skill levels from his home studio in Sammamish, Washington, continuing a teaching career that spans more than 20 years.
