This special evening will feature Copperworks Distilling Co. co-owners Jason Parker and Jeff Kanof, alongside Ascend’s Lead Mixologist Chaz Lee, for an inside look at the inspiration, ingredients, and craftsmanship behind this unique cocktail.

Blush & Bloom: A Cocktail for a Cause

Crafted with lavender & pink peppercorn-infused Copperworks gin, Sakura vermouth, Luxardo bitter, Campari foam, and egg whites, the Blush & Bloom is more than just a delicious drink. As part of AHG Cares’ Community Cocktail initiative, $2 from every cocktail sold in March and April will be donated to Rainier Athletes, a Bellevue-based nonprofit that empowers youth through mentorship, self-discovery, and access to opportunity.
