Celebrate the new and improved Meydenbauer Bay Park! Features of the new park include a large public swimming beach and swimming platform; a 400-foot-long pedestrian pier; walkways and overlooks; a new beach house featuring restrooms, changing rooms, and a lifeguard station; children’s playground area; and seasonal canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddle board rentals. From your picnic blanket on plateaus nestled into the slope of the park, take a look back at the city’s skyscrapers to remind yourself that yes, you’re still in Downtown Bellevue!
