Oyster Madness begins on Tuesday, March 5th and runs through Friday, March 29th.
“This is the perfect time of year to enjoy the succulent oysters and other shellfish from local waters,” added Chef Bradley. “The oysters are so plump and sweet. Really full of flavor! To me, nothing beats the natural flavor of oysters on the half-shell with a squeeze of lemon, but we encourage our guests to explore the menu and embrace the different preparations – raw, baked, fried, grilled.”
Not to be outdone, Pearl’s beverage menu has been keenly crafted to pair with the robust seafood offerings – wine, beer, champagne, sparkling wine, and a selection of handcrafted specialty cocktails featuring Casamigos Tequila and Tito’s Vodka.
Events throughout the month will also include a charitable component that will benefit Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, whose mission is to protect and preserve the waters of Puget Sound. Moreover, Puget Soundkeeper monitors Puget Sound water quality, helps set strong policies and regulations that protect our waterways and our health, enforce environmental regulations, engage citizens and businesses in waterway cleanups and recovery projects, educate and involve the public in local water pollution issues, and partner with local and regional groups to advance solutions that protect Puget Sound.
