Taught by Jo Anne Iaciofano. Grab your mat, kick off your shoes, and join this Pilates inspired class to improve body movement, core strength, and muscle control. This beginner’s friendly class, using mind-body connection and breath, will take you through a series of exercises with an emphasis on technique and fluidity. We will focus on those areas most stressed during gardening by using your core to power the muscles increasing your energy and endurance. All levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to workout barefoot. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, towel, and water. This class will take place in the Aaron Education Center. $17.50 BBGS Member/$25 Non-Member.
