Though we regard Champagne as an everyday drinker, we realize it’s also traditionally in big demand for year-end holiday celebrations. Taste and see why the methode champenoise (the "traditional method") is considered a requirement for top-quality sparkling wines. We'll focus on bottles from Champagne plus taste a few excellent other examples of sparkling wine using the traditional method.
