Experience a calming journey of singing bowls, voice, and nature with a co-facilitated meditation and sound bath. Invite your body and nervous system to soften with the natural rhythm of water and sound held alongside the water on Lake Washington.

Please register only if you plan to attend, as each registration reserves a limited spot.

Dates: Every Wednesday in August. August 5, 12, 19, 26
Location: Lower Lawn at Chism Beach Park, Bellevue, WA.
Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Cost: Free to the public, pre-registration required.

What to Bring: Please bring a layers, a blanket, something to sit or lie on & water.
