Working Group Members

The Downtown Bellevue BIA Working Group is composed of representatives from major employers, property owners, nonprofit organizations, and civic groups in downtown Bellevue.

Organizations represented include Amazon, American Assets Trust, BCCA / Meydenbauer Center, City of Bellevue, Kidder Mathews, KidsQuest Children’s Museum, Kilroy Realty, Old Bellevue Merchants Association, ONNI, PACCAR, Skanska, Sterling Realty Organization, Su Development, Symetra, and Vulcan Real Estate.

How the Working Group Was Created

As interest in forming a Business Improvement Area (BIA) in downtown Bellevue grew, a working group was convened to help guide the exploration process. Stakeholders were identified through outreach to the downtown business and property owner community, with an emphasis on ensuring diverse representation across sectors and geographic areas.Invitations were extended to those interested in shaping the initiative, resulting in a working group that reflects a broad range of perspectives and plays an advisory role in developing the BIA proposal.
