Ice Skating returns to Downtown Park with daily hours and new $12 “Cheapskate Mondays”
The Bellevue Downtown Ice Rink presented by Symetra returns to Bellevue Downtown Park November 13, bringing more than nine weeks of holiday skating to the heart of the city. Produced by the Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA), the rink will be open daily through January 18, 2027, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

For 29 years, the rink has been part of Bellevue’s holiday celebrations. Today, it welcomes more than 45,000 skaters each season to a fully covered venue featuring more than 9,000 square feet of real ice and views of the Downtown Bellevue skyline.
New this season, “Cheapskate Mondays” will offer $12 admission, including skate rental, on select Mondays, giving visitors a more affordable way to enjoy time on the ice.
“For many families and friends, a visit to the rink is part of what makes the holidays feel like the holidays,” said Patrick Bannon, BDA president and CEO. “It’s a tradition we’re proud to bring back each year, and it draws people into downtown to enjoy our local shops, restaurants and everything else the season offers.”
Free skating lessons, themed nights and on-site concessions round out the experience. Advance tickets and season passes are available at bellevueicerink.com. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time, as walk-up admission is limited.
Other holiday activities in Bellevue include Garden d’Lights at Bellevue Botanical Garden, Snowflake Lane at The Bellevue Collection, holiday performances at Meydenbauer Center Theatre, and Gingerbread Workshops at KidsQuest Children’s Museum.
