ChargeReady Bellevue
The City of Bellevue launched ChargeReady Bellevue, a technical assistance program for multi-family building owners to help plan for the installation of EV charging stations and identify incentives to support EV adoption. Bellevue is growing — and so is tenant demand for charging at multifamily properties. If you've been thinking about adding EV charging but aren't sure where to start, the City of Bellevue has a resource designed for you.
Charge Ready Bellevue is a no-cost, no-commitment technical assistance program for multifamily property owners and managers. Through the program, a licensed engineer will visit your property, assess your building's electrical infrastructure and parking conditions, and provide a written report with:
- A clear picture of your building's EV readiness
- Available incentives and funding pathways
- Recommended next steps tailored to your property
There's no obligation to move forward with installation — just the information you need to make a confident decision.
Learn more about the program through the Clean Buildings 101 Webinar: Intro to WA Clean Buildings Law, Incentives, and Support on Thursday, April 23 from Noon - 1 p.m.
