Fogo De Chão Partners With No Kid Hungry for a Bigger Cause
With 17+ different cuts of meat, 250 award-winning wine bottles, and over 50 market table ingredients to choose from, Fogo De Chão offers a cultural dining experience like no other. Located inside Lincoln Square South, the Brazilian steakhouse has become known as the restaurant that provides a concept of abundance. There’s plenty to go around, which is precisely why they’ve partnered with No Kid Hungry from now through September 18 to help end childhood hunger in America. Since starting the nationwide program, they've benefited more than 6 million kids. Daniel Siegert, Fogo De Chão Bellevue’s sales manager, said the partnership with No Kid Hungry fit perfectly with what they stand for.
“The concept of abundance isn’t just about our food, Fogo De Chão's generosity is never ending,” Siegert said. “Our goal is to continue benefiting children who need support in our community and beyond.”
Here’s how it works. For every $5 a customer donates to No Kid Hungry, $25 will go towards two dinners at Fogo De Chão. Every $1 can help connect a child facing hunger with up to 10 meals.
“Our goal is to continue handing out as many $25 gift cards as possible,” Siegert said. “We’re always happy to be a part of a good cause and finding new ways to engage, it’s what we do here atFogo De Chão.”
It’s not a surprise that Fogo De Chão has always been about connections. Since opening their Bellevue location in 2017, the Brazilian Steakhouse has shown itself to be more than a place for meat lovers. They’ve maintained a menu that is both accessible and delicious. Not only do they serve cuts of chicken, seafood, and halal lamb, but they also have gluten-free and vegetarian options.
“Our most popular vegetarian meal is the cauliflower steak. Not to mention the market table is always stacked full of fresh and flavorful vegetables that are traditional staples of Southern Brazilian cuisine,” Siegert said. “We continue to listen to what people want and accommodate anyone who walks through our doors.”
The experience and atmosphere at Fogo De Chão are made to alter based on what the customer is looking for, Siegert states. One of their popular services is group dining. The restaurant offers two gorgeous private dining spaces for people who live, work, and visit Downtown Bellevue looking to celebrate a special occasion or host a corporate meeting.
“Fogo De Chão is known for always going above and beyond to bring the soul of Brazilian right to your table,” Siegert said. “When you book a group dinner with us, you can choose from a range of customizable menus and dining package options. We do what we can to align with customers’ visions and make their experience memorable.”
