Sterling Realty Organization Co. (SRO) announced the acquisition of the Symetra Center Building in May of 2016. Symetra Center, built in 1986, is a 25 story, 450,000 square foot Class A office building. SRO has, since the late 1950s, owned the land under Symetra Center as well as seven contiguous acres. Tom Gilchrist, President of SRO said, “We are excited to own a Class A building in Bellevue. It complements our downtown holdings and is a natural evolution in our recent growth.”
