It’s that time of year again! Seattle Restaurant Week is back in full swing, featuring a long list of all-star eateries in Bellevue and beyond. The bi-annual dining promotion returns from April 3-16 and we’re dishing out the details on prix fixed menus, unbeatable prices and fun recommendations to try.
This is a great opportunity to support our region's resilient culinary community and try a variety of unique dishes. This year, many restaurants are participating from Downtown Bellevue – showing support has never been so delicious!
Baron's Sino Kitchen & Bar offers a modernized version of classic Chinese cuisine, using highly technical and traditional cooking methods to create innovative dishes. They’re offering $20 lunches and $35 dinners. We recommend Baron’s shrimp curry made with homemade curry, okra, zucchini, onions and topped off with fried basil!
Go Italian this Seattle Restaurant Week with Cantinetta! They specialize in Tuscan culinary traditions, authentic hand-made pasta and organic ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. For just $35, you’ll receive a three-course meal loaded with great food. Give their pappardelle alla bolognese a try, it’s a true crowd-pleaser!
The Melting Pot offers a dining experience like no other. They invite conversation, laughter, and coming together over artisan cheese, fresh salads, savory entrees, and indulgent desserts. This year, they're featuring a three-course meal for $50 per person with your choice of cheese fondue, entrée and chocolate fondue.
Since opening in 1999, Monsoon has been marrying Vietnamese tradition with modern innovation using fresh, local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. They’re sure to delight this Seattle Restaurant Week with a $35 dinner, including their famous catfish claypot made with caramelized Idaho catfish, fresh coconut juice and green onions.
Seastar Restaurant does not disappoint with signature dishes and small plates featuring items from sea to land and an array of sushi, sashimi and local oysters from the raw bar. They’re offering a $35 or $50 three-course dinner, which includes their delicious fire-grilled silver salmon that's worth the hype.
Tucked inside the Hilton Bellevue Hotel, Solarium offers a great place to gather with local ingredients inspired by the best northwest flavors. Their $20 lunch, and $35 or $50 dinner features their kung pao vegetable made with broccoli, cauliflower, sweet pepper and scallions.
Conveniently located inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Suite Restaurant / Lounge serves small plates, delectable entrees, and desserts in a more refined dining experience. They’re offering a “suite” $35 three-course meal with the option to add a bottle of wine for $30 more.
Inspired by Bellevue’s sense of place and evolution, The Lakehouse highlights ingredients sourced from local farmers. Their Seattle Restaurant Week contribution includes a three-course dinner for $50 with unique dishes like crispy confit heirloom carrot created with lime, fresh herbs, red curry spiced yogurt and almonds.
Whiskey by John Howie is the place to go for the best selection of - you guessed it - whiskey. They boast an extensive, curated collection of bottles and a delightful menu of bar bites to pair. Grab a $50 dinner at Whiskey which includes a choice of two shareables (including flatbreads) and two cocktails.
