This year’s destination: Denver, Colorado.
From October 8–10, Bellevue’s civic, business and nonprofit leaders will dive into one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the U.S., exploring how Denver is rethinking public spaces, growing mixed-use neighborhoods and creating people-focused places.
The BDA Study Tour isn’t your average professional development trip. It’s a fast-paced, curated experience designed to inspire big ideas, build lasting connections, and provide firsthand insights into how other cities are planning for the future.
Here’s what makes it worth it:
- From the revitalized 16th Street to the catalytic redevelopment of Union Station, delegates will experience the physical impact of bold urban investments and design strategies that bring spaces to life.
- We’re heading into Cherry Creek North, a dynamic mixed-use district that has become Colorado’s third-largest economic center. You'll learn how this area evolved into a thriving hub of retail, residential and business activity.
