Rapidly growing in Bellevue, Facebook doubled down on it growth plans in September 2020 by purchasing REI's newly-developed campus of 400,000 sqft of office space in the Spring District for $365 million.
The Facebook networking platform can be accessed from devices with internet connectivity such as personal computers, tablets and smartphones. After registering, users can create a customized profile revealing information about themselves. They can post text, photos and multimedia that is shared with any other users who have agreed to be their "friend." Users can also use various embedded apps, join common-interest groups, and receive notifications of their friends' activities.
