The B2 will operate as a second phase to Main Street Flats. Bellevue, the project will include a 163-unit building with five levels of wood-framed construction over a concrete podium and subgrade parking garage with 173 parking stalls.
Amenities will include two courtyards with a fire pit and water feature, rooftop terrace with views of the downtown Bellevue skyline, Mount Rainier, and Cascade Mountains, private garages, and bicycle storage and repair room. Residents will also be able to utilize the amenities in Main Street Flats, including the rooftop terrace, fitness center, resident lounge with VIP room, and conference room.
